AL & FL Biking Laws

Bike Crossing

At Infinity Bicycles we want all riders to ride safe and know the rules so we have laid out the state laws for bike riding.  Keep in mind all counties have the right to their own riding laws and a rider should always check the local laws when riding in a new area.  Though neither AL nor FL law requires a helmet for riders over the age of 16 at Infinity we strongly recommend helmet use studies have shown that nearly 74% of bicycles fatality could have been prevented by wearing a helmet.
